Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Heads up: Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items can’t be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (like beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Items must still be in the same condition you received them (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging), and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund currency and payment rules
Refunds follow these rules:
- Refunds go back to the same payment method used for the order.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency the customer used to pay.
- If a currency conversion is involved, the current exchange rate (not the rate at the time of purchase) may be used.
- Currency conversion fees and credit card fees are typically not returned when issuing a refund.
- If a manual conversion rate is used, refunds are calculated using the current currency rate.
Currency risk (simple example)
Exchange rates change over time, so the amount you received (after conversion) might not match the amount you pay back during a refund. This can cause a gain or loss due to currency fluctuations.
Example
A customer pays €85 for a shirt. At the time of payment, €1 = $1.18, so you receive $100 after conversion.

Weeks later, the customer returns the shirt. You refund €85. If the exchange rate is now €1 = $1.29, you’d need to convert $110 to cover the €85 refund.

In this example, you lost money due to the exchange rate change. If the rate moved in the opposite direction, you could gain money instead.
