1. Processing Time

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary based on your location and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, or carrier delays).


3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use [e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL] for deliveries. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped.


4. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is on pre-order or backorder, we will notify you at checkout or via email with estimated shipping times.

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers.
